Data and Network Assistance Representative - Wireless - Regular Full-time and Part-time Positions


Position Overview:

Do you have a passion for technology and customer service?
The Data Network & Assistance Team is looking for individuals with the technical aptitude to troubleshoot client voice and data issues. By providing superior quality and efficient service to both internal and external clients you will have the opportunity to play a key part in TELUS’ success.
*Please NOTE: We are now hiring for both Regular Full Time and Regular Part Time positions.*
Responsibilities:
  • Provide superior quality and efficient service to both internal and external clients by handling/resolving inbound trouble related and inquiry calls
  • Take the initiative to follow up, resolve and communicate issues to key business areas as the Primary interface between Key Business Partners
  • Input/update applicable systems, records and files to process, route and resolve trouble management issues.
  • Provide on-line support and coaching to front-line staff regarding related issues
  • Recommend products and services to meet and exceed the needs of clients
  • Assist in identifying, tracking and reporting coverage/service and provisioning issues
  • Provide recommendations for process improvements

* The call centre hours are 8:00am - 11:00pm Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 10:00 pm Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays. You must also be available to attend a six-week full time paid training program starting March 26th, 2007.

I can So do Tech Support for a raise of over $2 an hour and a discount on my Telus Products.
