Slave ?

Well, the opportunity has presented it's self for me to possibly acquire my own personal slave. Now for those of you who are getting offended don't worry she would have to give herself willingly.

I remind you all that this is only a possibly. Just like when getting a pet you must make sure that you will have enough free time to spend with and train your slave properly.

Ya ok so I've gone out to the bar every night since wednesday this week including tonight. It's kinda cause I don't get the weekend off. Today I was 5 hours late for work, cause I closed the bar lastnight. Tommrow is gonna be fun.

A Little Over Worked

So this morning I was about an hour late for work cause I keep falling back to sleep while trying to get ready for work.
It's the company's own fault cause we used to have 60 Field emploies back in early April. Now we have about 25. Mainly cause the Mangment decided to be dicks, and very approaptly they fucked themselfs. ROFL.

Well I thought it was funny.

Bout Damn Time

Finally another LONG week is over. I think that my Overtime hours may rival my regular hours. So worn out physically but mentally still got plenty of energy. Good thing too cause I have several hundred volumes to read. If I can get this thing off the ground I can do like the Russians and charter flights for ppl up into space and use the exorbitant amount of money that I charge to fund my Program.

Long Days

All of last week and it looks like all this week are gonna be 12 hour days or more. It's nice money but I'm just totaly dead when I get home.

Space, Yes I Said Space !

Here's the skuttlebut.
I am very determined to get off this rock. I have made many comments off the years about getting off "This Rock" but recent world events have hardened my resolve. I have given up on saving this planet so I choose to abandon it.
This is not something that can be done in one felled swoop. There are many things that must be accomplished to move forward. The first thing that must be done is design a ship to go into space do maybe one orbit and come back down at a given location safely.
Then once that is accomplished there are numerous goals that need to be accomplished while a larger ship get designed, for later use.

1. Sustain prolonged orbit. Either with a ship or a satellite.
2. EVA. Get out and test a spacesuit.
3. Rendivous. Have 2 orbiting craft meet in orbit. Basically think about me standing in the backyard while your in the front. I'll throw a tennis ball over the roof, now you try and hit it with a rock when it comes sailing over.
4. Docking. Build a docking system so that the too craft can connect with an airtight seal.
5. Extra Orbital Flight. Test the capability to leave Earth Orbit. Say a quick trip around the moon and back.
6. Orbital Construction. Assemble a modular ship in orbit. A Modular Ship that will have the capacity and power to stay in space indefinitely.

Now most have said I'm Nuts. Now this is not news. There is a small group of ppl forming that shares my ppls. Hopefully with their assistance this will all become possible. If I only accomplish the first step of a single orbit I would be most gratified.

Long

Today was another long day just over 12 hours. This paycheque could be pretty desent.
Of late I have been watching "From the Earth to the Moon" as a sort of insperation for what I would like to do. Much like a line from history I'm gonna need thousands of people, Special Facilitys, Technology and Materials that haven't been invented yet. But sure no problem.

Please Take A Number

Today was a rather long day about 13 and a half hours. When I got home there was a letter waiting from SAIT. It informed me that I meet the qualifactions for my welding program but I'm on the waiting list.

Holy Crap

I just glanced at the clock. It's damn near 3am. Now normaly this would be bad, but yesterday when I got home I passed out for 13 hours.
So I'm gonna listen to the next 2 songs on my Playlist then go take a nap before work.

Stampede

Oh ya.
The Calgary Stampede started today. Man these ppl are nutters. The only bonus is all the "Tallent" that has shown up for the event.
And no I'm mostlikely not going to go.

Getting Borred

Of late I have found myself unmotivated to do anything. Even going to work has become a chore. The only interesting thing that has happened is that Lord Bing (Sean Bingum from work) wants to hook me up with some friend of his wife's. There is ofcouse a catch. She has a 1 year old kid. Not that I mind that at all. It just means that if he does hook us up my Fiero idea is shot again( I'm never gonna get that Damn car).

Doh

Well I braught my tools home today to assemble my furnature but I got distracted by Doctor Who and now I'm bout ready to passout.
On top of that my keyboard and mouse have been acting strange lately.

A Truely Derek Thought

Ok so in all my perusing of land forsale in this Provence I keep coming back to this one rather interesting pice. It has lots of potential for running a business out of sometime down the road.

It's located about 45 minute drive outside of Calgary in a little town named Vulcan. The lot is 6.08 acres most of which is paved and enclosed by a 7' security fence. There is a hangar still on the lot that is 36,480 Sq.Ft. It has a well already and septic system, the building is wired for 3 phase and single phase power. As a little added bonus the phone whiring is already in place for upto 7 incomming lines. Finally there is a dugout that holds 430,000 gallons.
For this package they are asking a megar $75,000. I'm rather interested and if it's still kicking around as of January I'm most likely gonna grab it just cause.

Done And Done

Just got home from delivering Pop's Truck to him. It's a nice vheicle to drive actually.
Didn't manage to get my tools though I think Lord Bing abandoned his plan of showing up at 8 am to get his tools and shoot some hoops.

Today is the forst of 3 days off in a row. I think I'm gonna sleep through most of this one.

Smashed

Right so here is the scoop. I went down to "Loco's Bar and Grill" tonight cause Lee and Pops were having a Kareokie sing off. They both lost !
I ended up with only 3 beer and a pizza on my tab, which is excelent cause I ordered 7 beer and had 6 more baught for me by the ppl that I lend money (Yesterday was a payday).
My total bill was covered by the interest off just 2 loans that I had out.
The chick that was serving us was flirting with me all night so when I went to pay I gave her me number and told her that I know that most likely alot of ppl do this but I'm gonna give her me number and hope that she will call me tommorow and we can talk when she is off work and I'm sober. She said ok then asked how everyone was getting home. I explained that there were 2 designated drivers for most of the group. But not me I walked cause I live downtown and then she saw Pops wandering out into the parkinlot. She looked worried so I produced Pop's Explorer keys and told her not to worry he would take a cab and I'm gonna drop him off his truck in the morning.

Anyway It's just about time to crash cause I have to catch Sean at the Shop at 8 am tommorow. Hopefully he can drive me to a c-train station after I drop off Pop's truck.
