Well I spent most of the day sleeping or napping.
I got nothing done at all.

Well Garth is gonna be moving to Toronto on the 15th. The only problem being that he doesn't have anyplace to live from the end of this month untill the 15 so he is gonna be crashing here. On a lighter note I get his coutch. ^_^
I don't know what we are gonna be doing about Arron. He gets back on the first I guess that Garth is gonna have to find him a one bedroom place.

Day Off

Well I have tommorow off, and that's good cause I have to do running around to do. I'm gonna grab a bunch of extra hours cause I found a Sweet 1976 Ford F-350 for just under 2k in Wonderful shape. Since I am planing on getting a fixerupper of a house outside of Town I'm gonna need a truck. Not to mention it will be very usefull in picking up parts for my Fiero Project.

I would just up and buy it right now but, I did just leand out 2k to Arron.
In 2 weeks I should have enough of a reserve built back up to get it, if it's still there that is.

Blah

So I'm once again looking at things on mls.ca and trying to figure out ways to get them into my budget. Some of which are rather large tracks of land.

But I don't know.

5.11's

Right so yesterday my Royal Robbins 5.11 Tatical Pants arrived. They rock.
I will be getting a few more pairs that's for sure.

Mom's Parcle got here this evening just before 9 at night. There were a few things I needed in it including my phone's belt clip.

Dead Back Day

Right it took me an hour to beable to get the phone this morning. As a result I'm taking the day off to try and get my back feeling better. There is a massage place close by I think I'll give em a call to book an appointment.

Catch Up

I was too tired to post when i got home yesterday. Garth and I went out and had some Beers with Arron as a send off cause he is flying to LA (actually he is there right now).
I have given Arron half of the $2000 he borrowed the other half is to be give to Garth so he can secure housing for both he and Arron. This is rather important since they have no place to live as of the first.
Garth is comming over tommrow after work to pick up the money. If things go well I shall use his assistance to bring home 2 despratly needed items, a microware and a kettle.

In other news i have finnaly gotten around to trying the Mexican Yves Ground round. I can't say that I'm gonna get that one again.

Oh ya and Garth might be moveing to Toronto because of a chick. he is ofcourse trying to get her to move here instead.

It's Offical

It has come to pass. I am now running a Bank.
I often lend ppl money at work and to my friends. But now I'm setting up a Loan for someone with interest and everything. They are borrowing $2000 with 6% interest over one year. Sure I'm only gonna make $120 off this loan but it's more than I would make off interest from the bank.
Shame it won't do anything to help his credit rating.

3 Days Off And No Plans

That's right I don't have to go to work till Tuesday Morning.
This rocks.

Locked Down

Today was another swealtering day.
I managed to drag my ass over to the grosery store finnaly , so I have food in the house once again.

The little problem I was having with Windows Update is that my system won't reboot after I update. I have to reinstall the OS to correct the problem. I've done this twice now.
I'm thinking It's time to build a new system.
But in the meantime since my copy of windows is sitting here with a Gaping whole in it I tossed on Norton Internet Security 2006 so I have a Nice Firewall and AntiVirus running.

I'm gonna go melt for a bit now.

Both yesterday and today it has gone over 30 degrees. It's crazy.

My moden is here and installed. Telus's software gave me a little trouble but that is fixed. Now I'm having issues with windows update.

I get to be off the KPMG site for tommorow. This is a very welcome reprive.
I'm sooooooooooooooooo tired. I get this comming sunday and monday off. I haven't decided what I'm gonna do with em yet though.

My damn modem still isn't here and I'm getting rather pissed at that. Telus has already given me a credit for one week so far because of this.

Went to a company Retirement Party last night. I had me a cougar and for some stupid reason I let her go. I have been kicking myself in the ass all day for it.

Early Day

For the past week or so I've been with the guys working at the KPMG job. We put in 10 hour days working highup in an unairconditioned tower. We have to finsh the job on Thursday. Everyone is tired and burnt out so we knocked off 2 hours early today, partialy cause we aren't gonna get a day off until next weekend and even then something may come up.

I got in my Apt building and checked the mail. I was excited that I had a parcel waiting down the street. Thinking it was gonna be my Modem I took off to get it, only to get home and find that it's some baking stuff from President's Choice.

I want my modem.

Yeah Fun

Garth came downtown after work today with his bike. We went through the park and I almost lost it a few times. There were a few other ppl learning, but unlike them I had no pads or helmet.
I tried to blade to the train station to meet Garth but the transition from street to sidwalk just about killed me.
Fun none the less. I need more pratice though.

Still No Net

Right yesterday I was supposed to get the internet setup. It kinda was, they activated all the lines for me to have net but no modem. They are shipping me out a new one and it should be here this week.
I just ordered me some new pants. Royal Robins 5.11 Tatical Pants to be exact. They can be a bit pricey but I got a nice deal. Not to mention they are some heavy duty pants.

I'm getting a bit borred when I come home. There really isn't much to do. I've been trying to get Garth to come downtown so he can bike and I can blade. Unfortunatly we are both working a little late the past few days.

We did everything today that we had to do today and tommrow, so I get Sunday off.
After work I ran into Serge one of the guys working at a different site downtown. We walked off to the park for a bit. After he ran to catch his bus I was gonna hit DQ for a nice huge shake, but I saw the georgis chick come out of a restraunt looking very borred. So I stoped to talk to her and ended up haveing my lunch there. I was the only customer in the place, so I talk with her for quite a bit. After I was done my meal and desert, she asked for my number to we can hangout and go rollerblading. Now I just need to get some Rollerblades and remember how to use em. I did tell her that it's been a while since I've been on a pair but it's ok cause she is still learning to stop without hitting grass or a car.

Same Plan Different Place

Ok since the cost of houseing keep rocketing skyward, I have decided to go back and modify Plan A. That is ofcourse to buy a large track of land and build my own place.
So this does mean that I'm gonna live outside of the city eventualy. But I can always Comute.

I took another short day today. To compensate I'll work on Sunday.

Garth was working in the warehouse today. When I was leaving he said that he might stop by my place. If he does I'll see how he likes it there.

Nice Shooting Quick Draw

So Garth quit his job today. I called my boss and got Garth one with my Company.
Since I was declared employee of the month for April I wasn't asked many questions. ^_^

I'm doing my first load of Laundry in my new place. It costs $2 to wash and $2 to dry, but for some fucked up reason the brand new machines don't take toonies. So the few toonies that I have sitting around are uesless, I have to go down to the store and buy a candy bar to get some change to dry my clothing.

Garth is comming over some time today. He may stay on my floor and just go to work with me in the morning.


Off to buy my Candy Bar.

Bad Night

Well the Calgary Flames lost game 7 so they are done. It was a depressing game.
To add to the joy of last night, when I got to the Train station in Whitehorn a delay was announced. Ok no big deal. Well it turns out that it is cause the train stoped outside the downtown core at Brideland, and announced that the cops have closed 7th ave (where the trains go downtown) so I got to walk for an hour to get home.

I'm really tired and now I have to go to work.

Game Day

Tonight is Game 7 of the Calgary Flames VS The Mighty Ducks. It is a home game.
I'm gonna watch it over at Garth's. If the Flames are gonna win I'll be down at the Red Mile partying.

I had a regular day at work today so I had some spare time when I got home. I replaced all my lights with Compact Floresent. Gotta try and compensate for the power the computer uses.

Anyway I'm off.

Quick Bit

I'm gonna be quick cause I'm tired.
First I got the cloged toilet fixed but the flush is really weak so it's mostlikly gonna happen often.
Second I now have a phone connected to the buzzer system so I can let ppl in.
Third I don't know what is going on with Victoria. Atleast I'm not gonna be back in NS untill Nov so I can hopefuly get things sorted by then.
And Finaly I may have gotten myself a new huge project. A block and a half over there is a woman hanging out near the corner, for hours. I'm quite certain that she is a Hooker. I've talked breifly with her while waiting to cross the road and she is very polite. I'm thinking that I'm gonna try and help her get off the street.

Damn You Murphy

After I got off work today I called Telus to have my internet setup.
Then I went to the Hardware Store to get a few things i needed for the new place and for work.
Picked up a shower curtain, water filter to go on the tap (hopefully it will make the city water drinkable), and for work I got a socket set and some alen keys.

I get home go to the bathroom and behold I have cloged the Tolet, with a shit that wasn't even large. I don't have time to make it back to the hardware store before they close, so I'm gonna wander on down to Safeway and hope they carry them.
