Few Things Sorted
Right then today I managed to get my taxes mailed, and a copy of my RRSP contributions for last year mailed to my accountant (Mom).
I managed to call Dad and wish him a happy birthday. I had to leave a msg on the machine but I called which is the important part.
Next thing on my list is to e-mail the ppl at my bank and tell them that I'm not buying a place for atleast a year.

good to know the mailing has been done. Always good to wish the parentals a Happy Birthday even if machinery needs to be employed. And good for you to wait the year to get your feet firmly planted before such a big step as house buying.
